Community Guidelines

1. Purpose
CC supports trustworthy encounters between approved users. This policy sets out the standards of conduct so that all members can respect one another and use the Service safely.
2. Basic principles
- Respect the other person and be courteous.
- Write your profile with truthful information.
- Do not repeat contact or requests the other person does not want.
- Do not capture, record or spread conversation content outside the Service without the other person's consent. If a screen capture, recording or screen mirroring is detected during a video call, a notification is shown on the other person's screen and a record is kept so that an operator can check it when the other person reports (the content of the captured screen is not stored). The app also technically restricts screenshots and screen recordings so that they come out black, and photographing the screen with another device to leak it is prohibited on the same standard.
3. Prohibited conduct (by reason for reporting)
The in-app report feature classifies reports into the 8 reasons below (see the Report and Block Policy).
| Reason | Description |
|---|---|
| Spam | Repeated, unwanted messages |
| Advertising | Promotion or sales activity unrelated to the purpose of the Service |
| Insults/defamation | Insulting words or conduct, hate speech |
| Sexual harassment/inappropriate sexual expression | Sexual messages or image requests without consent |
| Fraud | Demanding money, soliciting investment, attempting to obtain personal information |
| Fake profile | Stolen photos of others, false personal information |
| Inducing contact exchange | Inducing the exchange of external contact details or messengers |
| Other | Inappropriate conduct not listed above |
In addition, the following conduct is strictly prohibited and is subject to immediate sanctions when found.
- Approaching minors, or continuing to interact with a user suspected of being a minor
- Inducing payment or money transfers outside the Service
- Demanding money, gifts or cash-equivalent points by any means other than the gifting provided by the app, or demanding meetings, exchange of contact details or money in return for gifts
- Buying, selling, transferring or lending Jelly or Gold other than in the way set by the Company, or obtaining Jelly or accumulating Gold by improper means
- Impersonating an operator or exploiting system vulnerabilities
- One person creating multiple accounts to abuse the Service
4. Measures for violations
Depending on the severity of the violation, measures such as a warning, temporary suspension or permanent suspension may be taken. When a temporary or permanent suspension is applied, writing new messages in matching and consultation chats and ongoing video calls are also restricted. For detailed criteria, see the Account Suspension and Withdrawal Policy.
5. How to report
If you find inappropriate conduct, you can report it immediately using the "Report" button on the chat room or profile screen. For urgent criminal conduct (threats, financial fraud, etc.), please also report it to the competent investigative authority, separately from reporting in the app.
6. Report handling deadlines and zero-tolerance principle
To keep users from being exposed to inappropriate content or conduct, the Company promises the following.
- Urgent matters are acted on within 24 hours — For reports involving sexual content involving children, sexual exploitation, brokering of prostitution, or threats and threats of violence, the content is removed and the violating user's use is blocked within 24 hours of receipt.
- Other reports are reviewed within 3 business days — If a violation is confirmed, the content is removed and a measure appropriate to the severity, from a warning to suspension to permanent restriction of use, is taken. The result is communicated to the reporter.
- Zero-tolerance principle — For the type in item 1 above, use is permanently restricted immediately without a warning stage, and the matter is reported to investigative authorities under applicable laws.
- Advance safeguards — Sign-up goes through operator approval and profile/photo review, and matching is confirmed manually by operators. Users can block the other person themselves at any time (Report and Block Policy).
- Contact point — If you object to the result of report handling or have an urgent matter, you can contact us directly through
Settings > Support & Suggestionsin the app or through Customer Support.
