Handling procedure

  1. When a report is received, a notification is delivered to operators immediately.
  2. Operators review the report and the related conversation history to confirm the facts.
  3. Depending on the result of the review, necessary measures such as clearing the matter, a warning or suspension of use are taken (Account Suspension and Withdrawal Policy).
  4. To protect the reporter's personal information, the details of the measures taken in response to a report may not be disclosed.
  5. If false reports or repeated malicious reports are confirmed, the reporter may themselves be subject to sanctions.

2. Blocking

  1. Members can block another person, and the other person is not separately notified when you block them.
  2. Once blocked, new matching, chat and conversation-partner connections with that person are restricted.
  3. Blocking is a separate feature from reporting, and you can block without reporting.
  4. Members can unblock on their own.

3. Processing time

The Company reviews received reports promptly, and gives priority to serious matters such as fraud, minors, child safety and threats of violence. For ordinary reports, we aim to complete review within 3 business days of receipt, and take the necessary measures once a violation is confirmed.

4. Automatic risk signal detection

Chat messages between users pass through a system that automatically identifies risk signals (demands for money, inducing exchange of external contacts, insults, fraudulent links) even without a report. The criteria applied may differ depending on the type of chat.

  1. This system only identifies risk signals according to fixed rules; it does not learn on its own or change its criteria.
  2. When a risk signal is detected, an operator reviews it under the same procedure as "1. Reporting" above.
  3. There is no function that blocks the sending of messages or automatically sanctions accounts — all sanctions are decided after direct review by an operator.
