Child Safety Standards
Last revised: November 1, 2026
CC is an operator-approved global communication service. We strictly prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and we act quickly when related content or conduct is found.
1. Prohibited conduct and content
- Posting or sending images, videos, text, audio or links that depict or exploit minors sexually
- Requesting or inducing minors to engage in sexual conversation, meetings, photos or videos
- Attempting to produce, store, share, sell, buy or distribute child sexual abuse material
- Grooming, threatening, demanding money from, impersonating or stealing personal information of minors
- Encouraging, glorifying or concealing CSAE or CSAM, or obstructing related reports
2. In-app reporting and blocking
Users can report inappropriate users or content through the chat room, the other person's profile, or the report menu. If there is an urgent or serious child safety concern, you can also contact us through the customer support channel.
A reported user may be temporarily restricted during review, and once a violation is confirmed, measures such as account suspension, content removal, restriction of use of the Service and reporting to the relevant authorities are taken.
3. Review and action criteria
- Reports of suspected CSAE or CSAM are reviewed with higher priority.
- Clearly violating content is restricted or removed as soon as it is found.
- Related accounts may be suspended immediately or permanently restricted depending on the seriousness of the matter.
- Where necessary, we report to the relevant authorities or reporting bodies under applicable laws and regional/national procedures.
4. Prevention and operating policy
- CC operates the Service for adults aged 19 or over.
- We provide operator review and report/block features during sign-up, profile, matching and chat.
- Operators review report contents, profile information and conversation context to keep the Service safe.
- We apply a zero-tolerance principle to child safety violations.
