Policy on Use by Minors

Last revised: November 1, 2026

1. Minimum age

CC can be used only by people aged 19 or over. Sign-up is blocked at the source for anyone under 19.

2. How age is confirmed

Korean users have their adult status confirmed at sign-up through PortOne V2 mobile phone identity verification, and sign-up is refused if verification fails or the person is found to be a minor. In this process, original personal information such as name, date of birth and resident registration number is not stored on the Company's servers; only adult status (boolean) and a hash value for preventing duplicate sign-up are kept (see Article 1, item 2 of the Privacy Policy).

Overseas users are not subject to Korean mobile phone identity verification, so their identity is confirmed through the operator approval procedure.

3. If a person is found to be a minor

4. Reports about access to minors

A member who finds a user suspected of being a minor can report them immediately (Report and Block Policy). Approaching minors, or continuing to interact with someone known to be a minor, is strictly prohibited under the Community Guidelines and is grounds for serious sanctions such as permanent account suspension.

5. Inquiries from legal representatives

A legal representative who finds that a child under 19 has tried to sign up by bypassing identity verification can contact us through Customer Support, and the Company will act on the account as soon as it is confirmed.
